The Democratic Alliance for Action (DAA) meets on the 4th Thursday of each month at 6:30pm at Vincenzo's Pizza, 24504 ½ Lyons Avenue, Newhall. The LA County Democratic Party meets the second Tuesday of each month.   Representatives of the numerous California Assembly districts establish the Party directives and endorse local candidates. Caucuses are as follows: African-American, Arab-American, Asian & Pacific Islander, Business and Professional, Chicano-Latino, children, computer and Internet, disability, environmental, Filipino-American, Irish-American, Labor, LGBT, Native American, Progressives, Rural, Seniors, Veterans, Women, California Young Democrats, California College Democrats. South County Democrats United covers the Peninsula, Harbor, San Pedro, Long Beach and the Southeast Cities in LA County. Democratic Club of Camarillo (DCC) was formed in 1992 with the purpose of coming together as Democrats to unite for the common cause and good of the Democratic Party.   The DCC is chartered by the Ventura County Democratic Central Committee in conformity with the election code of the State of California.   The club works in conjunction with the Democratic National Committee, the State of California Democratic Committee and the Ventura County Democratic Central Committee to help elect Democrats to political office and maintain a precinct organization to function at the grassroots level for each primary, general and special election.   It's one of the largest Democratic clubs in Ventura County, and is open to all interested Democrats in the county.
